Uf=6.3V, If= 0.65A, Ua max.= 300V, Ug2 max.= 300V, Pa= 9W, Pg2 max.= 1,5W, Ug1= -3V, S= 11mA/V, R load= 10k ohm. Near equivalent to 6CL6.
